Gifting and Gift Cards

We sell digital gift cards of $50, $100, $150, $250, and $500. These can be purchased using the link below.

Simply select the amount and add to bag. Please note we do not offer physical gift cards. Once purchased, you will receive your order confirmation with your unique card number. 

If ordering for a friend, you can put their email address as the contact, or simply forward them the gift card email. The gift card recipient can enter it at checkout just like a discount code.

Should some items need to be returned, please note the amount will be credited back to the gift card (it cannot be converted back into cash). The card number will remain the same.

Can I return a gift card?

If you do not wish to use the gift card, please contact our customer service team

They will refund the original payment method and cancel your gift card. Please note, we are only able to refund the original payment method and cannot transfer the money.

How do I redeem a gift card?

You should receive your gift card number by email. You can then enter it at checkout just like a discount code. If you require further help, please contact our customer service team

How can I check my gift card balance?

You will be updated via email each time your gift card balance changes - whether it is a purchase or a refund.

We advise you to check your latest emails from us. If you do not find it, please reach out to our customer service team and provide us with the email address used to purchase the gift card. We will be able to let you know the remaining balance anytime.

Why won’t my gift card work?

Your gift card number is a 16-digit number provided via email. Please ensure that you have the correct amount of digits when entering it at checkout. If you are still facing issues, please contact our customer service team.

My order will be a gift, can I have a gift receipt?

We do not currently offer gift receipts. However, if you add your email address to the billing details section when placing the order, you will receive a copy of the invoice in your order confirmation email.

We also offer a free and easy exchange process, should the gift recipient decide they want to exchange an item for a different size or colour (exchange process details are included in their package).

My order will be shipped to somebody else as a gift, will prices be displayed?

Ordering from Dpersonality.com is ideal for gifting. Our orders do not contain any prices on the paperwork or the product labels.
